2. Payment Methods
All purchases are paid at the time of ordering using the payment method selected by the customer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are paid when placing the order. Shipping costs to the customer range from €4.90 to €9.90 depending on the customer’s location.
4. Delivery Methods
Different products may have different delivery methods. We deliver orders via postal service to the nearest pick-up point. All parcels include tracking. We ship orders throughout Finland and to EU countries.
5. Delivery Time
We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day, depending on the time the order is placed.
Typical delivery times:

6. Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract by a clear statement (e.g. by letter sent by post or email to support@herraintoystore.com).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
7. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will also refund the shipping costs, except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.
You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
8. Returning Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
We cover the cost of returning the goods.
9. Statutory Liability for Defects
We are responsible for the statutory liability for defects once the product warranty has expired or if no warranty was given.
The liability for defects applies to faults that existed at the time of sale. It does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse. You must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time after discovering it.
Consumer customers may always submit a defect notice within two months of discovering the defect. We recommend doing so as soon as possible for smoother handling.
10. Dispute Resolution
This contract is governed by Finnish law.

As a consumer, you may submit any disputes related to this contract to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board free of charge. Legal representation is not required, and related costs will not be reimbursed. Contact details: www.kuluttajariita.fi.

You have the right to bring any dispute relating to this contract before the district court of your domicile or the district court of our company’s registered office. If you have no domicile in Finland, the case will be handled by the district court of our company’s registered office.
