Shipping policy
1. Delivery Area
We deliver orders throughout Finland and to EU countries.
2. Delivery Methods
Different products may have different delivery methods. Orders are shipped via postal service to the nearest pick-up point unless otherwise stated. All parcels include tracking information.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are shown at checkout and are paid when placing the order.
Typical shipping cost range: €4.90–€9.90, depending on the customer’s location.
Free shipping may be offered on orders exceeding a certain value, as indicated in current promotions.
4. Delivery Time
We aim to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible, usually the same or next business day, depending on the time the order is placed.
Estimated delivery times:

Finland: approx. 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, seasonal traffic).
5. Order Processing
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.
6. Unclaimed Parcels
Parcels that are not collected from the pick-up point within the storage period will be returned to us. In such cases, we reserve the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount.
7. Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the package and its contents before opening it and contact our customer service immediately at support@herraintoystore.com. This will help us resolve the issue quickly with the delivery provider.
